Description of the house
We enter into the middle of the house, into the dining room with a big dining table seating 10 people. Turning to the left we enter the big kitchen,
firstly the washing up area with a double sink, dishwasher, and ancient kitchen sink, with back access to the garden.
Left again we enter the preparation/cooking area which has a 5 burner cooker, a big electric oven, microwave, a 2 litre coffee machine,
a 1 litre coffee machine, blender, big fridge freezer, side access doors to the garden where you find a little herb garden for your use.
Leaving the kitchen, returning to the dining room first door left is the St Sabine double bedroom with ensuite WC and washbasin.
Next to this room is a TV room with a large smart tv, and DVD.
The room also has a big old wardrobe containing games and Petanque balls. Further to the right, you enter a hallway with a huge wardrobe, a place to hang your coats.
To the left is the ground floor bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. Straight on you enter a comfortable saloon with three large sofas.
This room is nice and bright with an opening door into the rear garden. Returning to the hallway at the far end on the left is the laundry room,
fully equipped witha washing machine/dryer, extra small fridge/freezer, ironing board/iron, vacuum cleaner.
Leaving the laundry room the cupboard on the left houses all the electric trip switches.
Returning into the dining room, up the oak staircase of 10 stairs you arrive in the first-floor hallway giving access to the four bedrooms and the two bathrooms.
The Chateauneuf bedroom has a king-size bed, a single bed, an ensuite toilet, and wash basin room.
Bathroom 1 has a big shower, a built-in wash basin, and a toilet.
Bathroom 2 also has a big shower, a washbasin, a cupboard, and a toilet.
Both bathrooms have natural ventilation and light due to the fitted opening skylights.
The Vandesse bedroom has a double bed and a large old-fashionned wash basin.
The Commarin bedroom had a double bed, a single bed, and the bathroom opposite.
The Panthier bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, and a wash basin.
All rooms are light and airy with double glazed windows and electric shutters.
The house is central heated throughout, with a good hot water supply and internet connection.
Parking is possible in front of the house and at the side in the alley which leads down to an independent garage with an electric door
The garage has ample space for a car, or bikes, or motorbikes.
